It provides user with thermoplastic flat line or convex line designed for small to medium scale jobs, such as from city areas to urban and interurban roads, mod.DTP300 can handle both smaller jobs and longer road stretches. The material tank capacity for thermoplastic is 300L for the non- pressurised tank. This is a flexible and efficient driving-type thermplastic marking machine.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:
Hydrostatic propulsion, Danfoss rear-drive motors, Hydralic material stirring pump, assembly hydraulic cooler.

MATERIAL TANK AND HEATING SYSTEM:
300L capacity material tank with multi-layer internal filling
insulation, use high efficiency and save-energy LPG burner, built-in vertical hydraulic mixing vane, all of
them can ensure efficient heating and insulation.

MARKING SYSTEM:
Pnematic screeding box, support flat line and automatic dotted line marking, the
width of the line depends on the width of marking shoe, Single pneumatic glass beads spraying gun, spray flow and pressure of glass beads can be adjusted.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM:
Use our RAN LineMaster II, accurately control each hydraulic units and
pneumatic units, accurately record the parameters and construction data of the system, also equipped
