Product Features
The curing process of two-component coatings is an "irreversible" chemical reaction, which makes the two-component coating have some incomparable characteristics to other types of marking coatings.
Excellent Durability: The chemical reaction causes the film to form a hard internal structure while maintaining a stronger bond with the road surface, making it more wear-resistant and slip-resistant;

Pavement Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, antifreeze, loose sand, aggregate and chipping/peeling existing striping. Otherwise it will affect the adhesion between the coating and the road, thereby reducing the service life of the coating. Recommended surface temperature for application is between 5 ºC and 45 °C. Any curing compounds used on new concrete pavement must be mechanically removed off prior to applying paint and use of a primer is strongly suggested. New asphalt pavement should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 14 days to maximize adhesion and durability. When in doubt, always test adhesion.
5. Expiry & Storage & Packing
Packed in 25kg steel drum. It should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment, avoid rain, exposure to the sun, high temperature, avoid contact with open flame, Stationary stored for more than 3 months, there may be precipitation, if the precipitation can be stirred evenly does not affect the use. No more than 6 months is recommended. Outside storage for short intervals is acceptable as long as the material is kept dry. Prolonged outdoor storage or high temperature storage may cause material deterioration.
