Mod. TR-DTP500E  Newly upgraded Big-size Driving-type Thermoplastic EXTRUSION road marking machine

It provides user with thermoplastic multiply-linetype marking designed for medium to large scale jobs such as marking highways, motorways or airport runways. The material tank capacity for thermoplastic is 500L for the non-pressurised tank. The possibility for the large material capacity naturally gives fewer stops during the day for refilling, effectively enhance construction efficiency and marking quality.

High-performance 7-ton heavy-duty construction chassis and axle featuring on-the-fly hydraulic speed switching and wear-resistant integrated hydraulic motor, engineered for continuous operation under extreme load.

The precision-engineered Beckett diesel injection burner delivers optimized thermal efficiency, paired with a German-engineered thermal oil circulation pump system to ensure precision temperature regulation and consistent thermal insulation for tank assemblies and marking systems.

The modular extrusion head features 5-50 cm adjustable width with 5 cm incremental precision, supporting both standard flat-line and customizable geometric pattern configurations through instant switching functionality.
