It is specially used for marking thermoplastic convex line, call it profiled line as well. Thermoplastic convex line is a kind of function line-type, it is mainly used to warn drivers through "vibration and rumble" when vehicles run over convex marking lines. Besides, thermoplastic convex line has perfect reflectivity, especially at night or rainy night. This machine is not only used for marking convex line, but also mark flat line, has a wide range of uses, such as the side line of highway, speed reduction marking before the sharp curve, the tunnel entrance, the speed hump and so on. It can also automatically draw flat dotted lines with the appropriate modifications if you think it is necessary (it is customized function).

DURABLE HARD TUNGSTEN ALLOY BOTTOM KNIFE
Wear-resistant, heat-resistant, non-sticky, anti-deformation, easy to adjust. The toothed-type closing structure, tightly closed without leakage. Convex shape and line thickness are uniform, edge and head is straight and neat.
SYNCHRONOUS GLASS BEADS DISPENER
The variable-quantity glass bead spreading system is made of alloy aluminium, and driven synchronously with the paint coating system, and the glass beads are dispensed more evenly.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL SYSTEM OF THE LENGTH AND SPACING OF CONVEX
Digital display controller with automatic mode and manual mode, can preset three types inside. And operator can change it freely according to requirements of line marking job.
PRECISE SPEED CONTROL SYSTEM
Equipped with hydraulic transmission infinitely variable speed system, it can control running speed and make it run at a constant speed. Honda gasoline engine ensure abundant power output.
DURABLE SURFACE TREATMENT
Surface of whole machine adopts the high level of electrophoresis coating or composite electroplating treatment, have very excellent performance of anti-corrosion and anti-rust.
